The TDN125FT from Spirotherm is a Spirotrap Dirt Separator with 1-1/4” Threaded inlets. This item employs the patented Spirotube barrier medium that creates a low velocity area, forcing the dirt particles to sink down to the dirt collection chamber, without blocking the main flow. Spirotrap Dirt Separators are especially effective in heating systems which contain large amount of cast iron components, such as radiators, circulator pumps, pipes, fittings, etc. A removable head allows for access to the Spirotube bundle for inspection or cleaning.
