We deliver only within the USA. Most in-stock products will ship next business day from the date they were purchased. Please allow up to two weeks for out-of-stock products to ship. We ship using the following services:

Order must be shipped to a single location within the USA in order to qualify for free shipping. Shipping cost may be deducted from the refund if you ordered the wrong item(s) or item(s) is no longer needed. Free ground shipping policy is valid for the continental US only (except Alaska).
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery to tri-state area available for orders processed by 2 PM EST Monday – Thursday except for national holidays. Select FedEx Home Delivery upon checkout.
Returns accepted for unused/undamaged products with all the original parts/materials in factory packaging that meet requirements under one of the following circumstances:
You've ordered wrong item / Item is no longer needed
Returns are accepted within 60 days from date you've received the item(s). No restocking fee applies if item received within 30 days from delivery date, otherwise 15% restocking fee will be charged. Product must be unused/unopened and include all original parts/materials.
Full refund, including state tax paid, will be issued within 3-5 business days after item was delivered back to Canarsee. Canarsee will withhold shipping cost paid on the purchase; where free shipping applied, shipping cost will be deducted.
Wrong item received / Item is defective
Canarsee will replace such item(s) at no additional cost if reported within 14 days from the date you've received the item(s). If the report is made after 14 days, you will be responsible for shipping cost. Item(s) must be returned with original packaging, parts, materials. Contact our customer service representatives to arrange shipment. Exchanges are subject to stocking availability, allow extra time for out of stock items to be replaced.
Product damaged in transit
Due to carrier policies, such incidents must be claimed within 3 days from the delivery date. We can't process claims made after 3 days. Please contact our customer service representatives right away.
