Shipping & Handling:

We currently deliver only within the USA. Most in-stock products will be shipped the next business day from the purchase date. Please allow up to two weeks for out-of-stock products to be shipped. We utilize the following services for shipping:

 

  • USPS
  • FedEx Home Delivery
  • FedEx Express Saver
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Priority Overnight
  • FedEx First Overnight

 

Free Shipping On Orders Over $99

 

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping to a single location within the USA. For orders under $99, standard shipping rates apply. If you need to return an item, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, especially if the wrong item was ordered or the item is no longer needed. Please note that the free ground shipping policy is only valid for the continental US (except Alaska).

 

Next Day Delivery:

Next-day delivery is available for orders processed by 2 PM EST Monday – Thursday, excluding national holidays. To use this service, select FedEx Home Delivery during checkout.

 

Return Policy:

We accept returns for unused and undamaged products with all the original parts/materials in factory packaging under the following circumstances:

 

You've ordered the wrong item / Item is no longer needed:

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of receipt.
  • No restocking fee applies if the item is received within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
  • Products must be unused, and unopened, and include all original parts/materials.
  • A full refund, including state tax, will be issued within 3-5 business days after the item is received by Canarsie.
  • Canarsee will withhold the shipping cost paid on the purchase. If free shipping is applied, the shipping cost will be deducted.

 

Wrong item received / Item is defective:

  • Canarsee will replace such items at no additional cost if reported within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • If the report is made after 14 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned with the original packaging, parts, and materials.
  • Contact our customer service representatives to arrange shipment. Exchanges are subject to stocking availability; please allow extra time for out-of-stock items to be replaced.

 

Product damaged in transit:

  • Claims for products damaged in transit must be made within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Claims made after 3 days cannot be processed.
  • Contact our customer service representatives immediately.
